Helper

  • Support Role: Assist installers and lead workers in completing various construction and renovation tasks to ensure efficient operation of projects.
  • Learn and Grow: No prior experience required; receive on-the-job training in various aspects of construction and home renovation.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with a skilled team to learn the trade hands-on and contribute to project success.
  • Flexibility & Diversity: Engage in a variety of tasks, providing ample opportunity to develop a broad set of skills in the construction field.
  • Key Contributions: Play an essential role in the smooth execution of projects by preparing work areas, organizing materials, and maintaining equipment.

Up to $30 per Hour

Installer

  • Skilled Workmanship: Perform intricate installation tasks with precision and care in areas such as flooring, cabinetry, and custom tile work.
  • Experience Required: Ideal candidates will have some prior experience in construction or home renovation, demonstrating a foundational skill set and understanding of installation processes.
  • Technical Proficiency: Utilize a variety of tools and techniques to ensure high-quality finishes and adherence to project specifications.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve on-site challenges, ensuring installations meet design and durability standards.
  • Attention to Detail: Focus on the fine details of each installation to guarantee a visually appealing and long-lasting result.

Up to $35 per Hour

Lead

  • Project Oversight: Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality execution and adherence to timelines.
  • Team Leadership: Direct and mentor a team of installers and helpers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Expertise Required: Candidates should possess extensive experience in the construction or renovation field, with strong competencies in multiple areas of specialty.
  • Decision-Making: Make critical decisions regarding project planning, resource allocation, and problem resolution to ensure project success.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor work quality, ensuring all aspects of construction meet or exceed company and regulatory standards.

Up to $40 per Hour
